What is FastXE and how does it work?

FastXE is a crypto app that brings wallets, swaps, on-chain transfers and a crypto-funded card together. You hold your digital assets in your FastXE wallet, move them between networks, exchange one asset for another, and spend them with your card.

Which assets and networks are supported?

You can hold Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, USDC and USDT, with deposits and withdrawals on networks including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, Tron, Polygon, Arbitrum and Base. The app always shows which networks are available for each asset.

Which countries does FastXE support?

FastXE is available in more than 49 countries. Availability of individual features, such as the card, depends on where you live. The app shows what's available for your location when you sign up.

How does the crypto card work?

Choose the crypto balance that funds your card. When you pay, the amount is converted from that asset at the rate shown in the app. You can freeze the card, change your funding asset and set limits at any time.

What fees do I pay?

Swaps, withdrawals and some card transactions carry fees, and network fees apply to on-chain withdrawals. Every fee is shown before you confirm a transaction. Deposits to your FastXE wallet are free from our side.

Is FastXE safe and secure?

Most customer assets are kept in offline cold storage. Accounts are protected by two-factor authentication, device checks and withdrawal allow-lists. Crypto assets are volatile, are not insured by any government deposit protection scheme, and can lose value.

Can businesses use FastXE?

Yes. Business accounts include multi-user access with approval rules, team cards, bulk crypto payouts and API access. Contact us to set up a business account.

Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions Privacy Policy Cookie Policy Security Compliance

1. Who we are

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the FastXE website, mobile applications and crypto asset services (together, the "Services"). The Services are provided by the FastXE entity that serves your country of residence:

FastXE, Inc. (United States)
220 West Lamme St, Suite B5, Bozeman, Montana 59751
for customers resident in the United States.
FastXE Inc. (Canada)
6th Floor, 905 West Pender Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, V6C 1L6
for customers resident in Canada and all other supported countries.

In these Terms, "FastXE", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the relevant entity above. "You" means the individual or business using the Services.

2. The Services

FastXE provides crypto asset services only. The Services may include:

  • a hosted wallet to hold supported crypto assets;
  • swaps between supported crypto assets;
  • deposits of crypto assets from external blockchain addresses and withdrawals to external addresses;
  • transfers of crypto assets to other FastXE users; and
  • a payment card funded by your crypto asset balances, where available.

FastXE is not a bank and does not accept deposits. Crypto assets held with FastXE are not covered by any government deposit insurance or investor compensation scheme.

3. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old, live in a supported country, and complete our identity verification to open an account. You agree to give accurate information, keep it up to date, and keep your login credentials and devices secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account, except where these Terms or applicable law say otherwise.

4. Crypto asset risks

Crypto asset prices are volatile and can fall to zero. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. Networks can experience congestion, forks, outages or protocol changes that may delay or affect transfers. Stablecoins may lose their intended value. You should only hold assets you can afford to lose, and nothing FastXE provides is investment, tax or legal advice.

5. Deposits and withdrawals

You must use the correct deposit address and network shown in the app for each asset. Assets sent to the wrong address, on an unsupported network, or without required memo or tag information may be permanently lost and we may be unable to recover them. Withdrawals may be delayed or refused to complete security checks, meet legal obligations or protect your account.

6. Swaps and pricing

Before you confirm a swap we show you the rate, the amount you will receive and any fee. Quotes are valid for a limited time. Once confirmed, a swap cannot be cancelled.

7. The FastXE card

Card availability depends on your country. The card is issued by FastXE and is subject to separate cardholder terms. When you pay, the required amount is converted from your chosen crypto asset at the rate shown in the app at the time of authorisation.

8. Fees

Our current fees are shown in the app and on our fees page, and before you confirm any transaction. Blockchain network fees are set by the network, not by FastXE. We will give you notice before fee changes take effect.

9. Custody of your assets

We hold the crypto assets in your account on your behalf. Your assets are recorded separately in our books and are not used for our own purposes, including lending or staking, without your explicit consent.

10. Restricted use

You must not use the Services for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or buying prohibited goods. We may restrict, suspend or close your account and report activity to authorities where the law requires.

11. Suspension and closure

You may close your account at any time after withdrawing your assets. We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or with reasonable notice for any other reason. When an account closes, we will help you withdraw remaining assets to an address you control, subject to legal requirements.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, FastXE is not liable for losses caused by market movements, blockchain network failures, your use of an incorrect address or network, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Governing law and disputes

If you are served by FastXE, Inc., these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana and applicable US federal law. If you are served by FastXE Inc., these Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protections of the place where you live.

14. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes in advance. Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@fast-xe.com or to the address of the FastXE entity that serves you.

How we protect your crypto

Security is built into every layer of FastXE, from how assets are stored to how you sign in. This page describes our main controls.

Asset storage

  • The majority of customer crypto assets are held in offline cold storage.
  • Operational hot wallets hold only what's needed for day-to-day withdrawals.
  • Moving assets out of cold storage requires multiple authorised approvals.
  • Customer assets are recorded separately from FastXE's own assets.

Account protection

  • Two-factor authentication with authenticator apps or passkeys.
  • Withdrawal address allow-lists with a waiting period for new addresses.
  • New-device checks and alerts for sign-ins, withdrawals and security changes.
  • Biometric unlock in our mobile apps.

Infrastructure

  • Data encrypted in transit and at rest.
  • Continuous monitoring, logging and access controls based on least privilege.
  • Regular independent penetration tests.
  • Blockchain analytics screening on deposits and withdrawals.

Keeping yourself safe

FastXE will never ask for your password, two-factor codes or recovery phrases, and will never ask you to send crypto to "verify" or "protect" your account. Always check the network before sending a transfer.
